Creativity involves taking risks; it is essential that academic leaders and faculty seize every opportunity to enhance the student learning experience, from adopting new technologies to experimenting with new learning methods.
Together, let’s reflect on how creativity can be a powerful tool to design and deliver learning experiences that motivate, engage, and evaluate learners. We will look at this from the point of view of the three main parties involved in the process: the learners, the teachers, and the designers.

Guy Laflamme specializes in the production and artistic direction of large-scale shows and commemorations, whether in the field of multimedia, the performing arts or the production of national and international events. He was the Executive Director and Producer of Ottawa 2017, the largest cultural program in the history of the City of Ottawa, established to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation.
For 25 years, Mr. Laflamme was a professor of business strategy and marketing in the Management Bachelor's and Executive MBA programs at the University of Ottawa. He has also taught in various MBA programs in many foreign universities such as the University of Bucharest, Romania, the University of Nevada and the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
In 2017, Guy Laflamme was awarded the Order of Ottawa, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ontario Tourism Association.
